Radio-Pathology 如何辨認惡性腫瘤

前幾天跟學弟聊天，講到病理科主任請他去跟病理科的醫師們講放射科如何判斷一個病理結構可能為惡性。稍微想了一下，我覺得可能可以從幾種特色來猜測：

• Enhancing pattern: rapid-enhancing-early-washout, e.g. HCC, breast cancer, prostate cancer - 肝癌、乳癌、攝護腺癌都有特殊的動態顯影表現
• Morphology: speculated appearance, micro-calcification, diffusion restriction - 可能會有邊緣較不平滑、微小鈣化抑或是較密集的細胞群集
• Relationship to peripheral structures: invasion, lymphadenopathy - 周圍組織沾黏、表面破損或腫大、淋巴腺異常

大概這三者都有問題的話，惡性疾病的可能性就很高了。
